- Oversee the
operation of multiple properties, monitor fiscal and occupancy status for
assigned properties through regular reporting.
- Direct
budget preparation and monitor operating practices & procedures and
recommend changes to promote efficiency.
- Provide
mentoring to Site Managers of assigned properties. Responsible for
direction and coordination with the Accounting Department.
- Monitor and
coordinate in the effectiveness of all capital improvement programs for
assigned properties and in direct control of all property rehabs with
construction company and contractors.
- Work with
Site Managers and staff to respond to resident issues.
- Ensures
compliance with various mixed financing including Rural Development, Tax
Credit, and HUD. This includes but not limited to, tenants eligibility,
non- discrimination, grounds, health, and safety.
- Hires,
trains, supervises, and terminates property staff when necessary. Provides
training for site managers for effective compliance communication ensuring
that properties are staying with the guidelines of the appropriate
program.
- Organize and
communicate information between the property management company and
government agencies along with compiling information for required
governmental reporting.
